How It Works
Three steps is all it takes to get started.
1
Contact us with your situation
Tell us which country's PCC you need and what it is for. We will confirm the process, documents required, and next steps.
2
Attend your fingerprinting appointment
Visit our office in Bangalore, or we come to you. Fingerprinting takes 15 to 30 minutes and is done correctly the first time.
3
We manage everything else
Documentation, submission, updates, and delivery are all handled by us. You do not need to follow up with the relevant authority.
Frequently Asked Questions
Not sure which service you need? Start here.
I have been asked for a PCC — where do I start?
Start by identifying which country the PCC is for and what purpose it serves (immigration, employment, education, etc.). Contact us with these details and we will confirm the correct service and process for your situation.
Do I need fingerprinting for every PCC?
Most international PCC applications require manual ink fingerprinting. A few, such as the UK ACRO certificate, are based on personal details only. We will confirm whether fingerprinting is required for your specific case when you contact us.
I need a PCC for a country not listed. Can you help?
Yes. The countries listed are those we handle most frequently. We assist with PCC processes worldwide based on individual requirements. Contact us with your situation and we will evaluate and advise.
How do I know which fingerprint card format I need?
Different authorities require different formats — the FBI uses the FD-258, RCMP has its own format, SAPS requires the SAPS 91 form. We identify the correct format for your case before your appointment, so there is no guesswork on your end.
Can you visit my office for fingerprinting?
Yes. We offer on-site visits for individual clients and corporate groups. Contact us to arrange a suitable time and location.
