Our services
Why clients choose us
Transparent from start to finish
You will know what is happening at every stage. We share a clear process brief before we begin, and we update you throughout — by call, WhatsApp, or email.
Accuracy that prevents rejection
Incorrect fingerprinting is the most common reason for delays and rejected applications. We capture fingerprints using the correct technique and format required by each authority.
End-to-end ownership
We do not hand the process back to you after fingerprinting. Documentation, submission, and coordination are handled by us, so you can focus on what you are working towards.
How It Works
A clear process, from your first message to final delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions
Things people often ask before they get in touch.
Is fingerprinting for a PCC the same as Aadhaar biometrics?
No. Aadhaar and visa biometrics are digital identity captures. FBI, RCMP, and most international PCC fingerprinting requires rolled and plain ink fingerprints on a specific card format (such as the FD-258). These are different processes and one cannot substitute for the other.
Can I do Live Scan fingerprinting from India?
Live Scan (digital fingerprinting) is only available within the United States, Canada, and a few other countries. Applicants applying from India must use manual ink fingerprinting on an approved fingerprint card. If your application form mentions Live Scan, you still proceed with manual fingerprinting — we guide you through this.
Can I do the fingerprinting myself or at a local shop?
Fingerprinting for international PCCs requires precise technique — correct pressure, proper rolling, clear ridge detail, and the right format. Poor-quality prints are a leading cause of application rejection and delays. We strongly recommend using a professional service to get it right the first time.
What happens if my fingerprints are rejected?
Rejection leads to additional time, cost, and delays in your overall application timeline. Our process is designed to prevent this. We capture fingerprints according to the exact standards required by each authority. In the unlikely event of a quality issue, we address it before submission.
Do I need to visit your office, or can you come to me?
Both options are available. We have an office in Bengaluru and support clients across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Kerala, and Gujarat. Home visits are available for individuals, and on-site services are offered for corporate requirements. The fingerprinting appointment takes 15–30 minutes, and all further processing is handled by us.
How long does the full process take?
The fingerprinting appointment takes 15 to 30 minutes. Processing times vary by country — FBI typically takes 3 to 7 working days for digital submissions, RCMP takes 2 to 8 weeks, UAE takes 3 to 15 days depending on your route, and other countries vary. We will give you a specific timeline estimate when you contact us.
Do you handle everything, or just the fingerprinting?
We provide an end-to-end service. After fingerprinting, we manage documentation, submission, and follow-up. You will receive updates throughout the process. You do not need to coordinate with the relevant authority yourself.
What documents do I need to bring?
In most cases, you will need two valid government-issued IDs — a passport is preferred. Additional documents depend on the specific service and country. We will confirm the exact requirements when you book your appointment, so you come fully prepared.
