Send us the instruction sheet, Live Scan form, or details issued by your state medical or nursing board. We confirm the correct format and process for your state.

Appointment confirmation
We confirm your appointment at our Bangalore office or arrange a visit if required

Fingerprinting — 15 to 30 minutes
Fingerprints are captured on the format required by your state board. All card details are completed accurately, including ORI numbers and routing information.

Documentation preparation
We complete all required forms — including your Live Scan request form if issued — and prepare the full submission package.

Submission and updates
Your fingerprint card and documentation are submitted to the correct address for your state board. We keep you updated throughout.
